The Madrina Group is a charitable 501(c)3 organization, working to make San Francisco's historic, industrial neighborhoods more healthy and livable through environmental education and urban planning initiatives.

Executive Director, Judy West is a geologist and real estate consultant, adding a grounded perspective to the public art and other educational programs of the organization.

The Mission Creek Bikeway – A collaborative effort to upgrade the historic transportation corridor along Mission Creek, at the crossroads of South of Market, the Mission and Potrero Hill. The route links pedestrian and bike networks through some of San Francisco’s rapidly growing east side. The Concept Plan has been approved by the SF Board of Supervisors. The Corridor was designated a connector trail to the regional Bay Trail The Bikeway is one of MTC’s Works in Progress.
